Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

Many of our products are made-to-order and may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately.

Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped may not be eligible for address changes.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bewareboyz Music and Hood Rich Streetwear are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a replacement or refund if approved.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
